An Important Word About Check-in and Check-out
The safety of each child is of utmost importance to us, and we believe our check out system ensures the safety of each child. Our check in and check out procedure is the same for Sundays, Wednesday nights, special events and Summer Splash.

Check in: Begins 10 minutes before each service. We appreciate you not bringing your children before check-in time. Our Ministry Team needs time to pray and prepare to teach the children.

  • When you check in your child you will receive a Child Safety Card. Please print your child’s first and last name in the space provided. Keep this card with you to present to your child’s leader when picking up your child.
  • Please take your child to his or her classroom. Our campus is quite spread out and it is important to make sure each child gets into his or her classroom.

Check out: Please pick your child up promptly; immediately following the Sunday worship service and at 8 pm on Wednesday nights.

  • When you pick up your child, present this card to the adult leader who will then release your child. Thank you for following this process. The Child Safety Card is so helpful for our Ministry Team members to feel confident when checking children out and also to give parents peace of mind.
  • Children should be picked up by their parent or adult guardian. Please do not send an older sibling to pick up children.
